Company Background

Minister & Glaeser Surveying, Inc. was formed in March 1983 by Bolton C. Minister and Robert W. Glaeser. Since that time the company has been completed a variety of surveying projects ranging from residential lot surveys to large construction projects and federal architect and engineering contracts. Clients include private property owners, developers, general contractors, engineering firms, and city, county, state and federal agencies.

Minister & Glaeser Surveying, Inc. has maintained an office in Vancouver, Washington since 1983 and added an office in Pasco, Washington in 2002.

On December 31, 2002, the firm was sold to Edmund Denny, David Denny, Kevin Bethje and Daniel Renton. The new principals are all long-term employees of the firm.

The principals and key personnel of Minister and Glaeser Surveying, Inc. are Professional Land Surveyors who are licensed in the States of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Montana, and Arizona.

The firm has 20 employees, including 7 licensed surveyors, and the vehicles and equipment for 10 field crews.

Minister and Glaeser Surveying, Inc. is proud of our record of performing projects safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget. Our company has always established and maintained a good working relationship with our clients. We have received several letters of commendation for past performance on some of these survey contracts.

Edmund has worked as a project surveyor on a variety of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest for 32 years. He is an experienced and qualified Professional Land Surveyor.

Daniel has worked as a party chief and project surveyor on a variety of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest for 20 years. He is an experienced and qualified Professional Land Surveyor. He has extensive experience in performing and supervising surveys in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. He is responsible for supervising global positioning system surveys, horizontal and vertical control surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys for schools, boundary surveys for schools, construction surveys for schools, lot-line adjustment surveys, and quantity calculations. He is an expert in GPS Survey methods, using Real Time Kinematic (RTK), and post processed static GPS to establish geodetic control for state plane coordinate systems. He is experienced in using AutoCAD 2010, AutoCAD Land Desktop 2009, Civil 3D, MicroStation V8 and Inroads V8 for digital terrain modeling and survey calculations.

David has worked as a party chief and project surveyor on a variety of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest for 31 years. He is an experienced and qualified Professional Land Surveyor. He is proficient at calculations for the location and relocations of boundaries per the B.L.M. Manual of Survey Instructions. His expertise includes:
